A bit dated but nice rooms. Comfy beds, tv, kettle, cookies and coffee. Bathroom was nice and shower was great. The door lock got stuck a few times but nothing major. We had a family emergency during our stay and the staff in the hotel were do kind and helpful. Thank you.
This property is tired and dated however the service was great. We stayed whilst visiting santa pod raceway as its just over 15 minuets from the track. Our family room was perfect, spotlessly clean including bathroom and beds comfy. Tea coffee and toiletries in the room. Breakfast was amazing and I'm picky for quality 10/10. Perfect set up for a day at the track. Should we ever need a hotel for santa pod again we would definitely book here just what we needed.
This hotel has had new management 3 months ago. During our stay for 2 nights, the owners were friendly plus making sure that changes were carried out to put things right, but I guess this will take some time as it looks like the previous owners neglected some aspects of the hotel. The rooms are outdated as far as decor goes but they were clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a quiet place and we had no issues with sleep. We enjoyed the breakfast and overall the experience was comfortable. We will stay again in this hotel in the future and hope to see what changes the new owners have made.
Manager came and checked us in at 1.00pm, bedroom was fine, nothing special, but clean and comfortable. Best mattress I have ever slept on. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and well cooked. Would recommend, very good for the price. We will be back.

Arrived in the evening, good and hungry and was absolutely delighted with the meals we ordered in the Columbia Hotel. The hotel itself is old fashioned, but we loved it. The bedroom was basic but so comfortable, the en-suite, bright and clean, the shower had plenty of room and was good and hot. Breakfast was very enjoyable with good hot food. The couple running the hotel were very friendly and ever so helpful, very pleasant to deal with. I would stay here again, highly recommend.
We were greeted by a very helpful and friendly lady who allowed us to check two hours earlier as we were attending a wedding. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Plenty of hot water for a shower. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Served by friendly and polite staff.
It was clean, warm and had basic facilities, had a carpark and access to the room after restaurant closed. It is too close to a busy road, and the noise level is loud from outside and inside (a couple shouted for hours one night). The walls are very thin. The heating didn't work in the bathroom, the bed was not the most comfortable, the bedding was not warm, had to use the additional pillow and duvet from a spare single bed.
